STRONG FOUNDATION

Instructor will help with modifications to ensure a challenging yet adaptable workout for all fitness levels. Get ready to push your limits and achieve stability and powerful legs.

ZUMBA POWER HOUR
Dance + strength

Get ready to sweat and sculpt in this 60-minute high-energy workout. Start with a fun and invigorating dance fitness session to boost your cardio and coordination. Then transition to calisthenics and core training to build strength and stability. Perfect for all fitness levels, instructor will provide modified moves if needed. This full-body workout will leave you feeling strong and motivated.

POWER UP
Total Body works
Energize your entire body in this dynamic 60-minute workout. Using a mix of body weight exercises, free weights, and resistance bands, you'll build strength, increase endurance, and improve flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels, instructor will guide you through a challenging and fun session designed to help you achieve your fitness goals and improve overall strength and conditioning.

STRENGTHEN & DEFINE
Upper Body Blast
Build a powerful upper body in this 45-minute strength training session. Using a combination of free weights and resistance bands, you'll target your arms, shoulders, chest, and back. Suitable for all fitness levels, instructor will guide you through each exercise to ensure proper form and maximize success. 

Cancellation Policy

You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the session being forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
